Parkour & Teen Freestyle

Our Parkour classes give participants the opportunity to learn free running and parkour style tricks in a safe and supervised environment. Movements include vaulting, running, climbing, swinging and jumping over obstacles. Acrobatic and aerial skills are also taught.

An introduction to Parkour programme for 5-7 year olds. 

Class times: 

  • Saturday 9.30-10.30am

Term fees are $138

Recreational Parkour

This is an age-based programme for children and young adults who love participating in Parkour and want to attend once a week for a 1.5 hour session in a more social setting. This programme will still offer skill progressions but will also offer the opportunity to work with children of a similar age and for friendship groups to progress together. For children who have had no or very little gym sports experience, this class is for beginners to the programme.

Term fees are $170

Teen Free Style 13+ years 

This class will teach tumbling skills, parkour, jumps, artistic gymnastics. Students will have the chance to use the trampolines, sprung floor, bars, beam and vault

Students will have input into the skills they want to learn and be encouraged to track progress with a goal chart that will have some skills chosen by the coach and some chosen by the students, including areas of gymnastics, parkour, free running and trampolining.

Class Times:

  • Friday 6:45-8pm Mixed 
  • Monday 6:45-8pm Mixed 
  • Monday & Friday 6.45-8pm 

Term fees are $170 or $205 for both sessions.

Intermediate/Advanced Parkour

This is by invitation only and for Parkour athletes who show the skills to progress through to potentially entering events/competitions in the future. We will have two levels, Intermediate and Advanced where athletes will progress based on skill achievement rather than age. This will require training twice a week, two x 1.5 hour sessions for Intermediate and two x 2 hour sessions for Advanced.

Intermediate 

Class Times:

  • Monday and Friday 5.15-6.45pm

Advanced

Class Times:

  • Tuesday and Thursday 6.45-8.30pm

Term fees are: 

  • 1.5 hours per week - $170
  • 3 hours per week - $205
  • 3.5 hours per week - $217
